Welcome to Lakeshore East
Top-shelf real estate in a master-planned community
Lakeshore East is a brand-new community slightly south of the Chicago River, east of Lake Michigan, and in the northeast section of Chicago's Loop. For approximately 10 years, major real estate developers have been fixated on completing the condominiums and additional high-end rental properties in this district. These new properties are some of the tallest new construction in Chicago, but they are ready for those interested in the finer things of life to claim them. The Lakeshore East developments in construction or already built feature all the latest amenities. The construction is by renowned architectural firms implementing all the newest designs and sleek, tall structures.
